How to Process a Return

Looking to make an exchange or need a refund? We got you!

To request a return please contact us here. You will need to include your email, order number, and reason for return to process this request. 

Upon receiving an order, you will have 14 days to request a return. The product must be unused, in its original packaging and in the same condition as when received. 

If your return is accepted, our team will send you a return shipping label, along with instructions and details for return shipment. 

Once we have received your return, you will be issued a full refund to the original payment method used within 5 business days.

Please note:

• Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
• COSI is not liable for items damaged or lost in transit.
• All purchases made during a sale are not eligible for return.
